Human Resources Service Center
IHR makes administration of employee related functions straightforward it by combining high-tech with high-touch customer service thereby creating a state-of-the-art human resources service center.  We provide forms and checklists to facilitate basic personnel functions like hiring, training, counseling, performance appraisal, benefits and salary administration. Training and reference materials that include all the procedures and information you will need to use our services and manage employees effectively are provided.  Our approach takes the guesswork out of handling human resources and reduces employer liability. Consistency and professionalism in handling these areas is also highly valued by employees, so you maintain high morale and low turnover.

Employee Handbook and Policies
When your company contracts with IHR, we help determine the benefits and policies appropriate for your company at each stage of development.  We can explain what other firms in your industry are doing. IHR then prepares an employee handbook defining your required policy selections, such as benefits and time off, including state specific requirements. If you require more structure, we can customize other policies for you, from affirmative action to telecommuting. We review all policies, forms and employment documents for compliance with human resources best practices and current employment law trends. Customized addendums are available to personalize the employee handbooks.

New Employee Orientation
When new employees are hired, IHR makes sure their required employment and benefits forms are properly completed. We provide all employees with a new hire orientation kit with complete information about your policies, IHR services and the employee’s benefits.  Custom group orientations are included as part of the initial conversion for all your existing employees at the time of contract. We work with you to determine the appropriate execution of orientation for employees hired after the initial conversion either by phone or in person.
