After working almost a decade as a certified public accountant for two of the largest international accounting firms, I found that most of my clients utilized their most important asset, their people, poorly. I founded IHR to improve how companies manage their people and on the belief that business owners need creative solutions to today’s ever changing human resources landscape. In order to improve efficiency, operations and the employee/employer experience, business leaders can rest assured that Integral HR is the answer.
