Payroll Services

Integral HR frees your company from the time-consuming drudgery of payroll management. From checks through year-end reports. Your payroll is handled by our staff of experts with total accuracy and efficiency.

There are two significant benefits to IHR’s payroll services. First, your accounting department does not have to prepare the many checks usually required for employees, insurers, taxes and benefit plans. Second, employees may have paychecks direct deposited into multiple bank accounts. The direct deposit is accomplished via a computer assisted system so there are no delays due to paper handling or mail delivery.

The number of hours each employee is to be paid is reported at the end of each pay period. IHR processes payroll, making appropriate deductions, such as tax and benefit payments.  Since employees are paid under IHR’s employer identification number, we assume legal accountability for payment of wages, payroll taxes (including quarterly returns and reports) benefit and workers’ compensation premiums, and all other employer related contributions.

Employee Recordkeeping
IHR obtains required employment and benefits documents and maintains your confidential personnel files. We then file all reports required by government agencies. Any audits by these agencies for the employees covered under an IHR contract will be done at our office. IHR also manages paperwork related to unemployment and workers’ compensation claims, requests for verification of employment, wage garnishments, COBRA notifications (if you select our medical benefits options), etc.

Technology Solutions

One of our key resources is an advanced human resources information system, which integrates all data for payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, employee reporting and more. We have a library of many standardized reports available either with each payroll or on an ad hoc basis, such as for budgeting and planning. We also offer custom report design. At IHR we are constantly upgrading our technology to make it easier for you and your employees to receive and use information.
